Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Sample needs 3-5 days, bulk needs 1-2 weeks
3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample is available
4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
5. How to proceed with an order for led light?

- We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
- Customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order.

6. Can I print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 5 years warranty for our products.
8. How to deal with the faulty / What is your quality control?
- Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
- During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
9. What’s the warranty policy?
The warranty under normal use during the warranty period, if any defects happen, kindly please send us the pictures or videos, so that our engineers could analyze what happened.
